bike does look quite nice Steve, not my personal taste of course :dowhat How come you didn't go for the Tuono I thought you liked them :dunno
 
Always had a keen eye for this one down my local shop, and with me aches and pains it just seemed the one for me so i went for it , you know how it is after a test ride and i had to have it and im so happy with it .
Tuono just didn't cut it with me and i wanted a bit of protection from the ailments too so now ive got it im very pleased and can t stay off it ... roll on summer :thumbup

Ok so im an ex mille man but some will get confused at seeing this zrx on here but im here cos i made quite a few friends here and until someone says i should go ill stick around and join in fella...hope all you peeps dont mind me still being around ... just being friendly fellas :thumbup

Fair enough reason I'd say :thumbup I wouldn't mind a go on a Tuono but it'd have to be the new shape one. I dont think the old shape looks right without a full fairing , but then it would be a mille then :devious.
 
Its all down to what suits you and your riding best aint it sprocker , i cant cut it on the race style no more so this is why im where i am .... bloody old age gets to us all in the end and we have to make a choice that keeps us safe and for me comfy... jeeez i could ride now for hrs :devious dont tell the missus :devious:thumbup
 
OLD AGE :confused your not that old mate :roll must admit I think I got a touch of arthritis in my right thumb and it does play up after a ride on the mille, but theres no way I'd go to a jap bike again I just love these engines :inlove Tuono maybe a few years down the line :dunno
 
Had some probs when i came off me zx12 before the mille and they cropped up again and it became too much of a strain so thats why i went for this one fella ... im knocking on No 50's door m8 and prob not that old but bloody feels like it some days :roll... tuono bob is happy with his bike and it does all he needs so yes tuono is one to look for sprock if you fancy it :thumbup
 
Hi Sprocker,

As Steve says, the tuono suits me. I would have liked a mille but I've got a few years on Steve so found the riding position too extreme. My bike ticked all the boxes for me, except 250 miles to a tankfull of petrol, but then, if I'd wanted that I'd have bought a Pan. I'm never going to be THAT old.

Back to the thread - I did get out on mine on Friday for a short blast and on Saturday rode up to Tamworth.
 
Maybe another tuono rider to come then sprocker :dunno... as for the lucky b......ds club , who's going out in the rain today :dunno the weather looks like its picking up for the mid week rideout :doug latte's on me again :laugh:laugh:cheers
