got a problem indicaters work fine at slow speed but when doing 50+ dash display flashs like crazy any ideas :dunno

have you checked the connections are nice and tight and not corroded?

are they custom indicators? i have heard of people needing flasher relays or something to make them flash at the right speed, odd it would work at low speed though...

perhaps there is a loose connection to the back of the dash which is getting shook about at high speed, probably worth a check if its not too hard to get at.

you could even hunt down the fuse for the indicators and check that is ok, seems unlikely that would be the cause but you never know....

a really farfetched thought would be if there was some problem with the alternator (i think thats what it is called) and its giving the battery too much juice and overloading the electrics, i would kinda expect that to mess with everything and probably cause serious damage to alot of components, perhaps a more knowledgable person on here could let us know if that is even a possibility, hopefully/probably isnt..

just a few ideas on things you could check

a little test might be worth doing, see if the problem is worse on bumpy roads than it is on smooth roads, probably be a dodgy connection if bumps make it worse

good luck!
