A Tuono doesn't seem like the ideal starter bike, so how long have you lot been riding?

I've been riding almost 7 years to the day, got on the track about 4 and a half years ago, now that's all I do. Soon to change I hope.

Started out on this '93 Honda CBR 600

Then moved on to the Suzuki TL1000R (love the sound of a v-twin in the morning....it sounds like victory)

Now its the '04 R1 (its just stupid fast...:burnout)

I counted all but a broke *** Cagiva and 3 pocket bikes. There may be one or two more, like a DT100 of "questionable" heritage. Sometimes I think I imagined some of them. That happens with age. I get more "new" ones these days, and the odd "needy" bike can roll through. Brother in law bought an Ascot that needs work, haven't seen it yet, but I volunteered. Woo Hoo! I also plan to change shocks on a BMW K1200RS soon, should be a hoot. I put a belt on a Sportster, changed 3 or 4 tires and did a little maintenance the last 2 weeks. I should do this **** for money, but it would ruin the fun, and folks would expect it on time.

Never turn a hobby into a business Doug, it generally turns to ***** and ya lose ya hobby forever, then ya have nothing to look forward to :thumbup:thumbup

It really started when stationed in Panama, on a 1969 Honda 750 Four....
