How do I do this?

Just taken delivery of a new Gabro Chip to match the collector Mod and I got this message from him:

"BTW that chip is a twin fuel map, use PIN16 to toggle (while motor is running too), PIN16 connected is a leaner map, try both "

How do I do this :confused

it is the blue wire on pin16. if you cut it the ECU will switch to the 2nd map.
it is this wire

if you want to go back for the 1st map you just connect it back. so let some part of the wire free so you can solder it or put an connector on it

Cheers Theruk. Is it worth the hastle for a leaner map?

BTW I gave her a brief outing yesterday with the new chip and it has added more "sparkle"

on the standard chip the 2nd map was open so yes it is worth. if you have an aftermarket chip with 2 maps i think you will need to try them both to see which one suits you or which one gives you better results on the performance meter

left the wire snipped never tried the other..lol...didnt fancy running lean
