Kinda looking at getting a Mille
Enjoyed loads over the years but never actually owned one , might ,just might,get rid of my blade and zxr 750
For it
Dunno well see
Currently rattling about on a KTM superduke and afore mentioned blade and zxr
Got a couple of lc's and a couple of TDR's as well

So tell me about these priller milly things .....

Ill have a bit more details as to what I'm getting later this weekend

Mikee, bought a Gen 2 last year, been riding il4 for some time and this is my first v twin. The power delivery is great and you do not have to rev the nuts off the bike. The handling is sure and it corners like it is on rails. It fires you out of the corners like a rocket. The fuel injection is smooth but this was down to Aprilia performance working their magic on the TBs. Mods done, akra pipes, map 2 , rear brake mod, brown connector mod, clutch jet. All have improved an already good bike. Just back from a blast up the side of Loch Earn and I still have a smile on my face. Get up to Skinners in Dundee and see if you can a test ride. They usually have second hand Gen 1 and Gen 2 bikes.

Went to look at it today , a mate bought it from scb at newbridge minor write off , he's repaired it , tho the bodywork still needs a few bits , air tubes mostly , it's a matte black 03 plate with 18 tho on it ,swapping it for the zxr ,so I'm quite happy with that
It apparently has air box mods not sure what yet but it's got a big k&n filter , so it will be one of the two mods , dunno if its got a chip ,tho I imagine it will ,has a large diameter can not sure if its aftermarket or not , loud tho , bit scuffy here and there
A project , I will be looking for modifying inspiration
I have a love hate relationship with my superduke , this stopped me buying an rc8 , so I hope the Mille will do all the rc8 would do
Just a generation behind
