Business went into receivership uyesterday so **** start so bfar to 2012. Now unemployed & facing potential homelesness, pants, Sure something good will come out of it so now looking forward to what the year brings shame that I'll probably have to start working bfor a living now so that should be a shock to the system. So Welly no more Caesar Salad without Anchovies for you (I do have a tin I can keep for you if you like. )& a bit less me time & disposable income for me. Good job I Brim filled all the bikes not so long ago.

Already said it elsewhere TM, you have my contact details, use them as and when you need to. I guess you will be a bit cramped in your shed now.
Things can only go up from here, fingers crossed for you.

Moved everything up to the garage which is a bit more secure as now the place is boarded you never know what speculative prying eyes are mooching about the place.

Sure it will, just want a bit of time to reflect & decide what to do next, if I have a choice. If I can sell a couple of vehicles & get a few grand together I shouldn't have to rush into the first thing that comes my way. Not sure how long I can stay here rent free, theres still food in the freezers to keep me going, they may even like me to stay on as a caretaker to save them engaging a security company to keep an eye on things.

Have been in the Hospitality / Hotel / Pub Industry since l was 19 & now at 46 think I may like a change or break from it for a while. I've obviouisly been aware about the likely outcome here for a while but still a bit of a shock when the hammer finally drops. Pubs going out of business up & down the country every week, people don't have the disposable income to spend especially on food which is what I'm all about as a Professional Chef. Money is either at the two for ten, buy one get one free etc etc end of the scale or the £60.00 a plate end when you're dealing with pretentious ******s.

There may be Government finance available for retraining as the company has gone into receivership but in the meantime I shall be happy stacking shelves in Tescos for a month or two if they have any vacancies.

sorry to here that mick that is bad news hope you find something soon and in this neck of the woods so we can have a few rides out when the weather picks up all the best for the future and good luck

Lets just hope for a nice dry road sometime soon, weather is diabolical at the moment. still any salt will have been washed off the roads. need toget over to Shrewsbury to the Honda Centre to pick up some graphice for the blade as I've just had a crack in a fairing panel resprayed.
