Im a bit on the short side and was thinking I might need to lower my tuono, Has anybody done this/is there any pitfalls to look out for/or recommendations on how to do it. Cheers Hoggy

A sold in't seventies mate lovely cherry an tan leather they were.
 
They are tall bikes aren't they, I'm on my tip toes too. Nothing to take out of the seat, so you'll have to look at the rear shock I guess?

You can get lowering links for the rear suspension,...cant remember where,...ebay,mebbe?:dunno
To keep the bikes handling balance,the forks will need raising through the yolks.

N.B The sidestand will want altering,as the bike will sit too upright.

I thought we were in for some **** ..........................................

lowering bits seem best but be aware that your feet will/may catch on the floor when cornering.
 
Being a fellow short arse i know what you meen - that said i havnt bothered trying to lower it nor will i.
I find that as its an upright riding position im quite happy just for tip toes, or if its windy then move over to the side of the bike and put one foot down. Oh, i cant peddle it backwards all the time so i just jump off and push it back !
Gives all my fellow piss takers something to chuckle about !

Strangely, riding my old RMX stinkbomb (cant even get a toe down - kin hilarious) makes me more confident with the height of the T...

Man Up !!!!!!

Well first ride over and tbh even in the wet it was enjoyable and I even managed the height at the lights but nearly fell over turning round lol might have to practice that.
