No not Dinksy I don't think he's racing now, I do bump into him occasionally over at Golding Barn. Also we did all meet up at Brands a couple of years back and a F**ked foot doesn't seem to have slowed him down much he still seems to throw decent pool parties. I'm not sure but he did his foot a Bruno the brakes on the GSXR1000 failed.
Milge has shut up shop now sadly working as an engineer I belive I haven't seen him in years although I still hear from him occasionally nutter on a trackbike.:biggrin I got some excelent footage of him and me at Brands in 99.
Mick is still racing in the Hottrax endurance series with GBMoto they won the championship last year and won the recent race at Snetterton.
Do you know Sam his wife she was racing at snetterton too they won their class and came 5th overall not bad considering last year she was in hospital with a multiple compound fracture.
It was Mick I bought the Factory from he's been my two wheeled downfall it was him responsible for my taking up racing in the late 90s (now theres a surprise).:thumbup
It was Alf I was refering to, he now runs his own team with other riders in World Endurance. the year I was refering to was in 2006 when he was running when he was using the 06/07 ZX10r as well as the shop. Tracy moved to Aus about 18 months ago and sold his share in the shop to Alf.
Maybe Gilles are worth a look then, I still like my Satos though.

I've not seen Dinksy in a while but my good mate Geoff Aldridge keeps me up to date as they cross paths now and then.
He's always been a nutter. In cars Mx etc etc. I can remember he looped his offroad bike doing a wheelie in Steyning and leaving most of his arse up the road.
Yes i know all about the pool parties, all sorts going on at those i hear.
Milge used to track a Gsxr Srad if i remember rightly and he told me his son was pretty tasty (on Mini moto's then).
I guess you probably know Tim Acton and maybe Thruster then ? I think Pete is crooked with some sort of joint problem so Geoff told me.
If you hang up Golding Barn you will obviously be into MX and know Andy at Boretech and Dan Beamo etc.
Anyway gone off topic slightly but yes no complaints from me on the Gilles except you have to threadlock the bolts or they can come loose. The Sato's etc are just as good i think but i just prefered the look of the Gilles as they came with a nice M/c Carbon guard as well.
