ERR1 - please help

guys , my rsv factory has been sat in the garage for 2 months , went to start it up yestaday and nothing happened!!
ERR 1 showing on the clocks
I've charged the battery but still nothing ( can't even hear the servo's start up)
Does anyone have any idea's? :dunno

My initial thought was no power but if the dash is showing ERR1 that can't be the case. I've had a look around and found the following, maybe of some help: -

These all seem to be talking about the Throttle Position Sensor. The last link above mentions that getting damp in a connector could cause this kind of problem. As your bike has sat for some time it could be something as simple as that?

Just ring an Aprilia dealer mate, they will tell you what the error code is for :thumbup
