Have a good look at the vacuum lines around the throttle bodies. Any splits or lose hoses mess the fuelling big time.

I would also check the Throttle position sensor adjustment in case too.

I reckon your chip is the Aprilia Ti race can version. They weren't always labled as such.

Will send my maps shortly

I find this site... http://home.worldonline.dk/nimskov/millegb.html

So do you think that is possible that the inside map work better with open can?

Maybe the previous owner have it and sell to me without...

Solved in a part

Hi there, when I was moved for my holiday I find another racing / street legal can as first step, but nothing else a great sound...
The day after I find an official Aprilia garage and I ask for CO tuning.
I find a great people, that change my eprom, cut a wire green/white (I don't know why) and synchronize piston...
Now is running fine but I don't know I can't have full speed.
I have -1 front sproket but it's impossible to see more than 242 Km/h at v/max indicator. It's not a matter but I'm wondering if there's something yet to correct.
:dunno

However I have some nice day on my Aprilia in "adria raceway"

:thumbup

That might explain part of the acceleration problem. Think about either sawpping the rear for a 44 or the front(cheaper) for a 15. What do you think Spoonz?

But originally bike was 17 - 42. This front sprocket is already -1...

You will find most people run either 16/44 or 15/42. Mine was 17/42 when I bought it. I soon changed to a 16/44 and it was like riding a different bike.:devious When I had to change my chain Spoonz let me have a 42 rear so I bought a 15 front. It feels the same as a 16/44 - nice.

Good to see you got your problems sorted mille :thumbup

242km/h is 150 mph in our money, so i'd guess you are shy by about 10 mph on your current gearing. Were you going into a headwind? What revs were showing when you hit 242km/h?

Irrespective, it's all a bit academic as 150 mph is plenty fast enough in anyones book :laugh

Keep it sunny side up :biggrin

:biggrin when I hit 242 I was turned on the rear looking some rockets passing me on the racetrack, really I can't see revs

I know is too fast but the bike specifications in Italy talk about 278 Km/h... 173 Mph... maybe I'm wrong comparing Japanese 1000 behaviour when is so easy to see 299 KM/h and you really run at 260....because the feel was to go faster with RSV....

very nice feeling however with the bike, you can see me in the gallery. Thank you all for nice replying...

as a note the speedo on rsv's is known to be quite accurate compared to japanese bikes which tend to over read :)
