No,....unless the wiring loom is melted on it somewhere.
hi .some of the wires at the block connectors under the tank at the near side may have gone h/r ( high resistance ) due to corrosion or just plain simple broken wires .
crimping pliers and block connectors can be obtained from "vehicle wiring products " or e bay . ( red handled crimping pliers for uninsulated terminals are the correct ones for the job , not the cheapo ones !!)
easy enough task to renew the lot then you are garaunteed better connections , espesh if you pack ,em with silicone grease as well :thumbup
