I got a used rsv4 ecu off eBay cheap and sent that to Gabro to flash for my tv4 1000, made a huge difference compared to the standard ecu with the Austin racing gp2r with no baffles or inserts. With the standard ecu it lost a bit of low range torque but with the flashed ecu that was gone and bike was noticeably more powerful.
I've fitted the same Austin racing gp2r and the aprilia race ecu to my 1100 factory about 2 months ago now and bike feels noticeably different than the standard pipe/ecu combo. I woulda ideally got a Gabro map on the 1100 but I got the ecu and an akrapovic pipe thrown into the deal.
You could just fit a power commander and get it mapped up for your bike on a dyno? But then you miss out on the advanced ignition timing and quickshifter settings gab puts in.
