Sorry to hear about your accident mate, totally gutted for you as I know how it feels. Are you going to repair it? :dunno
If you need a little help I would offer you some cash via Paypal?
Only a couple of quid say a few beer tokens worth, but if a few people do it you could have it on the road in no time? :thumbup

If you are interested give me your details and I'll send it over asap.

Come on guys what do you think? I think we all need to look after each other and help out when times are bad. :doug

what a gentleman and a scholar!!
very very generous suggestion but I am going to try Bond Pearse solicitors as recommended by Vince....
I really appreciate the sentiment!
Thanks Midex

No worries mate :thumbup let us all know how you get on, crossing fingers for you that they will own up and cough up and fix the road to prevent anyone else being hurt.

Offer still stands if you need it.

:biggrin

Holy SH!T, man!!!!!

I've had a heart stopper like this too, but my tyres were really squared off.

Thats gonna take a lot of t-cut.

That looks too bad to fix, so like jon_melson says, break it and try and get some money back.

The rocks are there, to stop artic's pulling onto the side and churning up the grass. They have shell grip on the bend as it is supidly severe. Saw a car imbeded in one of those rocks myself about a year ago.

It is a MOto operated site........but you probably know that already.

Whatever the reason they are there, they are a danger. Glad you is OK..........

I think your best bet would be to informally contact a specialist solicitor. They may well go for a no win no fee on this one (if it were deemed the rocks constituted negligence for example).

Cheapest solution could be to fighter her?

I'd forgive anyone for going out and buying a big trailie for the roads, what with the craters and creases and general state of the so called 'highways'. Its like fookin Lagos out there (without the sunshine). Mate sold his Brutale for a KTM Adventure. Its actually faster because he doesn't have to worry about all the crap.

...yeah and the City is a complete joke too. the road outside where i work was dug up 3 times in 6 months so now its just overbanding on top of ridges and holes. Some of the potholes round moorgate and liverpool st are huge, try braking in the wet and you hit one of those, an instant off.:fire:fire:fire:mad1:mad1:mad1

Just a bit of advice mate, you need to take some dated photographs, two weeks apart, i tried to claim off the council for two bent wheels and dammaged tyres which i got after hitting one of their potholes. I didnt get very far as the pot holes have to be there for two weeks to allow them enough time to fix them, if you prove they are that old you will get somwhere hopefully.

Good luck mate let us know how you get on.

ouch i would cry if that happened to my girl and same as tpft !!!!

defo a claim there !!!
