Fess up, who just outbid me on those 53mm convertibars on weebay? Bastid - if you knew what I had to go through to get back in time to try and snipe those. C'mon, I'm old, I've got a bad back, I deserve them, sell them to me. Damn. I hate being outsniped. 27seconds FFS. Guess I'm slipping.

Should use goofbay mate, free ebay sniper, you dont even need your computer switched on like most bid snipes. It has worked everytime for me, just put what price you are prepared to pay and forget about it, and voila, bids seconds before end of auction. :thumbup:thumbup as long as your bid is higher than the previous bid the item will be yours. :doug
Hope this helps for next time, saves sitting about waiting to bid seconds before auction ends.
The site does rely on contributions. :
 
don't trust any of those autobidders - what happens when they're hacked and your details are farmed and your paypal account starts getting drained. balls to that

Well, it did give me pause when I realised that they wanted my login details (they would need them, after all) so I held off. My Paypal details are completely different from my Ebay Login though.
Any other thoughts, anyone?
 
Lets face it, is anything safe on the net.:dunno, besides as you say A303, the passwords etc for paypal will be different hopefully, :eek:. Also ebay email you if they think your account has been comprimised, as I found out a couple of weeks ago though it was totally innocent.
