I voted number 4 but with tank decals on this one, can you do a pic with black wheels ? and the black frame like Wolf has done, that looks good ...

Nice Wolf, I was thinking the same theme matching the wheels to the red aprilia decal in 4.:thumbup

I could never colour inside the lines as a kid either:biggrin:biggrin

Aaaarrrgggghhhh!!! What happened to the red, white and green but leaving the hugger black? I loved that one.

Now with all the above choices choice I confess I do like the white variations. Not sure about gold wheels with it though.

How about a nice red and yellow mix?

:confusedi like wolfs first one.but do you want to get rid of the classic aprilia chrome frame n swingarm:dunno ill swap you my black wheels for your loverly gold ones:devious

another variation in response to bob :)

and on this mille no mille debate.... my understanding is the old styled bikes are all Mille, the newer styled are RSV-R or Factory (or nera if you want to be perfect..) though to be honest im lazy and quite often refer to my "RSV 1000 R" as mille when i know its not an "RSV Mille" fact is, nobody actually cares and i think "RSV Mille R" owners should be allowed to call their bikes mille factorys ahahaha how many of you are confused now?

also, milleboy82 i hope you dont mind me messing about with diff ideas for your bike

F@ck it Milleboy82,

Keep it standard, its gonna be cheaper to have only a few panels painted than the whole bike , im guessing you've spent enough on it already :bawling

Sorry to be boring !!!

Standard for me aswell, sometimes spray jobs make me think that the bikes been down the road :dowhat

hmmmmm down the road, down a ditch, into an on coming car:sarcasm

only joking at the end of the day if the bike is straight and has been repaired properly what difference does it make, trust me:devious
When your on it with that massive grin on your face blitzing some gixxer boy round the bends who's gonna know:burnout

Choice 10, the white and gold looks very tasty mate, looks like this seasons black.:inlove

weeeell I can honestly say im fooked by this decision :biggrin to limit it down slightly i can say im skint which means the frame and wheels are ruled out till a later date :thumbup, Ive come across a cheap paint sprayer which leaves the option of a full respray a possibility, so as it stands im planning on spraying the bike white all over just need to decide on the finer points as in decals what do i go for? im thinking to keep the standard decals but maybe change the colour slightly or if anyone has any ideas on decals please let me know

Again cheers everyone for all your views its helped me alot to rule things out and also to consider the smaller things :thumbup

Dude,

word of warning, becareful with "cheap" resprays !!! They can end up costing you more .

Red is b@stard of a colour to paint over and it needs to be prepared right otherwise you will find the red will "bleed" through into white paint. this means you will end up with a pink bike :angry, and you dont want that.

I aint saying spend a fortune, but shop around first, not go for cheap and cheerful

Cheers,
