Like you say pikemong, peeps buy a T, have a problem, google for help, find this site, ask for it, get a torrent of abuse & fook off never to come back? Understand manners cost nothing but not everyone's up to speed on forum eticate & it's not exactly clear to see a 'you must introduce yourself first' thread anywhere?

I browsed for a while first before I joined & if I'm honest held back from asking to much as I didn't want to look a fool being many are more knowledgeable than me but then they do have a lot less hair so comes with age I guess, lol. Since joining, I've met a lot of the guys from this forum that are a great bunch of lads, like an extended family in some ways but we need to encourage more people to want to be part of the forum as the next generation is to follow.

Just my two pence worth. No I don't want cuddles or flowers either, beer will do, just think sometimes we can be a bit pot & kettle on the rudeness ourselves without realising it!

I don't join in with the banter stuff too much because I try not to spend too much time on a computer - I work from home on a PC up to 12 hours a day (hence the FatBastard shape) so I generally try to do something else for amusement.

I couldn't give a tinker's toss if people bother to introduce themselves or not, I dont think I did at any point on any forum, and I often wonder if people are real or just figments of Yoozy's fertile imagination?
