so if someone was selling expensive pads on ebay cheap you wouldnt buy them just because they are on ebay if they were in a shop would it be diff i agree about buying **** quality stuff but having used these for 6 months now i would def buy them again . just because they are expensive does not always mean quality

If they was a know manufacture then yes i would buy them if they was cheap on Ebay or a shop, They might never fail, But if they did from being knocked up in a back street in China then the outcome isnt gonna be good!. But seen the cheap Ebay wavey discs crack when i used to do club racing and the buttons kept on coming out which isnt good!.

just googled them and yes whilst anyone can do a web site there stuff is used all over maybe they are not as well known over here as the rest they have to start some where . its each to there own and everyone has the right to use what they want and i agree about using inferior crap stuff but just coz you havent heard of them dont mean there ****

I agree with you, Companys have to start somewhere like Brembo, PFM etc "Ahh ye never heard of them must be ****". But anything thats important i wouldnt buy, But other bits then ye i would as long as they look well made price doesnt matter.

Each to there own i suppose. If they was pretty well known in US or in Euro countrys then i would buy them.

It's threads like this that will spread the word about the quality and performance of these Gold Fren brake pads.

I read loads of responses on the sellers home pages and they have no responses/comments relating to failure or poor performance.

All these companies start somewhere, I imagine many years ago people where discussing Brembo, EBC & SBS like this.

Check out there web site - Gold Fren Brake Power

I've decided to take the plunge and order a set of fronts for testing, I'll report back on how they perform.

If I'm reading this chart correctly then we will be needing S3 pads for our bikes?

Yet the seller on Ebay is listing the AD pads for the Mille's yet they are obviously not top spec for our bikes. :dunno

I understand what your saying Scott with that link you sent me (See below) but take a look at the sellers feedback on Ebay!

That person must have bought fake Gold Fren pads off Ebay, surely 31000 users can't be happy about inferior quality pads? Can they?

I emailed Gold Fren brakes the other night and asked them about the pads, they advised me to use the AD pads on the RSV and funnily enough they warned me about cheap copies being sold on Flea Bay.
