recently renewed stator charging fine has done a couple hundred km is know running fine until stop & idle when fuse D blows renew fuse fine until stop & idle any suggestion to cause of problem. 2007 tuono with 57000km travelled

Fuse D protects the fuel pump, starter relay, speed and lambda sensors. You obviously have a problem in one of those areas.Have a look under the tank at the fuel pump wiring,....check for obvious signs of chafing, damage, etc.Could be the fuel pump faulty or blocked.:dunno
I assume the bike starts ok when the fuse has been replaced?Might be a fault in the wiring there.
Running ok?
Speedo reading ok?

all those components fine when moving until stopped & idleling 5 sec fuse blows replace runs until stopped & idleling

Did you check the wiring for damage? Its really easy to trap a cable under the tank. Also check the speed sensor cable.Follow it back from the sensor back to the main loom.I heard of a cable coming out of the swingarm plastic guide and chafing on the disc.
