I've heard loads of theories why the fluid turns black.The most popular being the standard slave cylinder seals breaking down and the rubber particles discolouring the fluid.Well I have an Oberon slave and the fluid has still gone black.:dunno
As long as the clutch operation is not effected,I would'nt worry about it.
