Bike not starting :(

Hey everyone,
Got a quick question, my Mille is being a pig and I was wondering if anyone has had this happen to them before.
On saturday I used her, she started fine and ran fine, I parked her up when I got home from work on saturday.
Sunday morning I fancied a ride so I went to start her and she kept turning over but not starting, eventually the battery went flat after trying and trying, so I ended up riding my other bike.
So I put her on charge overnight.
Today I went out to her and she still wont start, just turning over and turning over.

Does anyone have any ideas?

From cranking over and over you have pumped fuel into the cylinders which has washed the bores causing poor compression, there for it wont start but because your cranking and cranking your just adding more fuel, you can whip the plugs out let it dry over night then try again with a full battery tomo.
