Doubt i'll ever have a system like that on my bike.
I had it open last night, LOADS of packing in it. I had to take some out to fit the ****er back together lol
I'll keep it on for a few months and if I still think it's too loud I'll just sell it on and buy something different.
Has it got a DB Killer fitted?

I dont think mine is that loud.
Anything that is going into your can has to go through the tip, so measure accross the inside of the tip for your db killer insert size.

Evo Ti cans have a 2 1/2 inch inlet pipe off the main exhaust but this tapers down to a 1 1/2 tail pipe outlet,what you need to do is pop the end cap off and remove the 1 1/2 tailpipe and the piece of tapered pipe then replace it with a 2 1/2 45 degree dairy pipe elbow then refit to exhaust with new stainless steel rivets thus making it 2 1/2 inches all the way through :doug,thats what ive done and it sounds just right

Not the early Ti cans they were 2 1/2 inch all the way through including the outlet spout
Those Tigs are pretty mean mate
I've bought one of the baffles from eBay, should do the trick. I just want to take the edge off it for the neighbour's sake. I'm sure my can's got a bit of a taper inside but I'm not 100%, all sounds a bit technical for me anyways

i bought a Aprilia RSV Ti exhaust... was very loud... very light... but only added 1bhp over the standard can... but was told it needed re-packing as this can make it lose 5bhp... but then my bike got reversed over... so awaiting the outcome before i re-pack it !! :biggrin
i also have a Quill T3 race/road legal exhaust (legal below 4000rpms/race sound after 4000rpms... apparentley) too stick on just incase the re-packing doesnt help... again i aint had a chance to try it yet... lol !! :eatcorn

I have titanium Arrows on my 06 and love them. They sound fantastic and come with the removable road legal baffles, which i've never used :biggrin
