Has your water temperature changed since that mod? Are you saying... "seems to be running the same," as in you are looking at your water temp and feel something like a hotter bike heating your legs? Something like that is not occurring? So, are you saying, normal temp, no excess heat from the engine, as if the temp is well over 110C or running normal around 80C? If it is running at your normal 80C give or take a few, the 02, water temp has no clue what you did as if you did nothing... Sound logical as it steps to a normal temp, went nowhere? Who needs a re-map? No one listens to froggie, so I just try to walk it out, show your source where to place it. :lol

BTW, my water bucket runs 78C or there about; with my little exhaust mod.

Warning banner let wave for you are on your own grip!

kidsrus... No one has a definitive answer. To answer your own question, remove one baffle out of the 02 side or right side. So get a baseline before you mod... Watch your water temp. Monitor, monitor, monitor - feel- feel it do something strange like begin to heat up, turn around go home. Let it cool off first. So you sit and relax. OR... Not a thing happened water temp wise(?) then, remove the other baffle and repeat the test ride.

Keep an eye on that water and don't forget you are riding bike so you are now a test dummy after your own question; don't wait for one. Only way to get the facts are to test on your own. You hear too many sides, it says someone is right, someone is pushing a myth without facts. Only one answer runs in the absolute.

It absolutely seized up, heated up, cooked your corn, or it; runs absolutely normal and louder. Only two choices WOT (wide open throttle) are you waiting for? Remember, that mod is all on you. I have not used a pig on any modded pipe I make. No pig in play with the one modded pipe and that bike runs sweet and is just as cool running.
