As long as it's 15w50 semi synthetic motorcycle oil with a API rating of SG or higher, then take your pick. I've always used Putoline 15w50 SPORT 4, however this has been recommended a few times on Aprilia forums

Aprilia recommend Agip cause Agip sponsor them, None of the dealers ive been to sell it, they sell and recommend FUCHS Silkolene comp 4, Always found that strange, its the one i use tho :thumbup:thumbup

Bought it like it, taz motorcycles done all the work on it! needs a bit more doing to it to tie it all together (rear set/Air filter/dyno/exhaust hanger/etc/etc/etc) but well impressed with it only picked it up in oct so haven't been out that much dying for the good weather to come back around!!!!!!!!! First VTwin and loving it :doug
Agip was recomended by my dealer and it's what i use, but any good brand oil at the correct spec should be ok, other oils can be used but need to be changed more often. Forza at silverstone sell Agip.:thumbup
