Alright dudes/dudettes!!

I'm looking for some opinions from y'all again!! As most of you know i have spent a fair bit of cash on my bike over the past couple of years, have just taken delivery of my new shock (which is loverrrllllyyy!!) that plus Griff servicing it a couple days ago, the bike is looking and going better than ever!!

BUT........ i really, really fancy an '04/'05 shape R or Factory (having just seen Billy/Buffalo's MINT example:devious:biggrin) it's kind made me want one more!! Seriously, it's the looks more than the performance as i'm not good enough for the performance of my own bike!!!

Having said all that...........how much can i realistically hope to get for mine SHOULD i go for it???

Your thoughts if you have a spare minute please........................:thumbup

Andi,

Why not make up a mock advertisement (With piccies), add it to this thread and add four prices or so and see which one the guys vote for on a poll?

Good idea or what?

When you create the thread you can add a poll function to it, or you could PM CrashTD and ask him to help you add a poll function to this thread?

Have you got all the original bits?, would it be better to sell the goodies separate?, i know dealers don't give any extra for trick bits on P/X. just my 2p

Hi Dave, if i was going tohe dealer route i'd definately remove it all but if selling privately and got a good price (taking in to account the goodies) then i'd leave them on!! Decisions, decisions.............:thumbup

with all the effort and time youv'e put into your bike, its got to start with at least a 3*** the extras would cost that much on their own:thumbup remember last year mate i was tempted to swap for my gixxer and that was up for 3700

I'd love to think i'd get a £3*** figure for it but realistically i doubt it...............wishfull thinking i think! Really dunno what to do bud!!!:dunno

Andi, as hard as it sounds adding bling to your bike doesn't make it worth more.

Believe me I wish it did cause mine would be worth millions.

Given that this bike is on here and Flea Bay for £2195 I think you may struggle to get more for yours (Ours), although our blue ones are very valuable. LOL

Yeah bud i know!! I think i'd be looking at approx £2k ish for mine which would break my heart!!! Will sit on it for a while and think it through, besides, got my new shock to go on so that'll keep me amused for a while!!

PS, when i take the linkage off bud, what should i be looking for with regards to it needing new seals, grease etc..... or is it better just just get it done Alan????????

Haha!!! Believe me Billy, if i could get £3k for mine i'd give you it in a heart beat!! I'd never manage £3k for mine though buddy, unfortunately:bawling
