as an intro to trackdays and circuit riding try these guys Hopp Rider Training, they do a "better riding day" a Cadwell a few times a year. It's a very good way of learning your bike, and you get to know the circuit at the same time. It's more expensive than a normal trackday, but there are lots of instructors on hand and it's included in the price.
