Check my pics of the same system I fabricated onto my 03R will give you an idea were things should be cut to & the angles

Yes, think I've seen that mentioned somewhere but how do you keep the cut parts of the left side of the bellypan rigid without a plastic bracket thing like on the (original) right pipe?

You have to cut a hole for the rear header as well as it goes lower than the stock header Could take a copy of mine if you want it right . I wrapped my front & rear header where they were close to the pannel work just to be safe
