Wind noise is a pain on these cameras when at speed. I found reducing the audio sensitivity and a bit of electrical tape over the mic helped, but reduced the sound you want to hear - the engine.
If you can't get the camera itself behind a screen, it is best to run an external mic from the camera to somewhere out of the wind.
