Somebody on hear explained to me (sorry, I forget who) that with Dunlop you should run a 190 or 200 on a 6" rim, but with Pirelli/Metzler you can use a 180 comfortably.
I found my 190/55 Dunlop was no closer to the chain than the 180/55, and gave me far more confidence and stability at full lean. In the pics I posted in the photo thread I struggled with my boot going down. With rear sets/smaller feet I'm sure it would lean further.
I'm not sure if a 190 Supercorsa is a 'bigger' tyre than the Dunlop? If it's the same phyical size/profile you should be ok.
As for tyre warmers, that was a very tight squeeze but my Diamond ones went on under the standard hugger.
