Hi all, new on here though I often read the posts.... can one of you please help ??!!
I have an 06 RSV, stator fried on 21k so I fitted a new one. Then the dreaded clicking sound , so a new starter relay and battery to make sure. Took it for an mot, noticed a little oil from the gasket I'd fitted when changing the stator.
Took it apart, made sure the gasket was perfect and hit the start button for my first good thrash in two years !.....shoot at will, but my business took i had no time to myself. No excuse really, just convincing myself!
Here's the thing I'm beating up myself over..... for no reason i can see, the bike starts but will not idle without a tiny bit of throttle, and was fine before I realined the gasket???. Itchy isn't the word, can somebody get me back on it please???
