Ah... Just got in from picking the T up. A lovely 120 miles of motorway riding from bradford and she is now tucked up in my garage.

2 things that struck me straight away, the noise even with stock cans is simply intoxicating and how much wind protection the r1 had! I had a bandit 6 before the r1 but had forgotten how much the wind hits you above a ton!

will get some pics up shortly!

only got the one photo I took when I was picking the bike up!

well chuffed with it, just need to decide what cans to put on...

Welcome, bike looks lush.
I changed to the T from sports bikes as I was riding every where at 3 figures +. I love the torque from the V twin, and 90 is about as quick as I go these days, well most of the time

Welcome Phil, yer machine's a cracker mucker.:thumbup

Yeah im pleased 56 plate with only 4.5k miles on it,some carbon goodies and ohlins shock. I dont think its bad for £4k

Going to check the gearing tomorrow, and possibly look at a new clutch slave, to lighten the clutch up (unless they are a waste of money :-s )

I went through Durham city centre on saturday, usual queues at all the junctions.

My clutch hand just about had enough, I was making more of an effort than usual to keep moving, to save the torture. My own daft fault for going that way.

Plus, these T`s dont like first gear being selected from a stand still.

My old dominator is spot on, it just clicks in almost silent.

Hi Paxo,

Nice looking bike, I'm also a new T owner (as of Friday), I've just put Beowulf oval stubbies with carbon ends on, dunno if they improve performance much but they look great and sound awesome!

Pretty cheap too, these were £400 delivered- you can get them a ton cheaper if you don't want the carbon ends (and they're British!). Ticks all my boxes!

sorted Adamski min..whits that big single lookin thing lurkin behind yer T

Its a '59 BSA M21, she's a runner, but needs a bit of TLC, and a new front end, I'll get round to it one of these days!

Cheers :)

Those Beowulf cans look great, but cans at the top of my list at the mo are the pipeworx GP in stainless steel, I prefere the stubbier cans, and its a bonus as they are under 300 notes too!
