Numerous problems? please help

Give West Country Windings a call, they'll do a rewind with slightly thicker wire, and a few less turns. It's not a perfect fix (for that you need the 370w flywheel) but it's pretty good. Also, for a few quid extra, they will put longer tails on the coils to make routing the wiring a little easier/better.
 
Thanks for the info but I've read it too late, I posted it on thursday morning but it is foc so not too bad and theres a free gasket being thrown in which is nice, ivan at dorset bikes, hes a top bloke, fingers crossed it won't take too long to get back to me. Just hope this will also rectify the erratic miss fire, as its not charging properly I can't be sure
Fortunately though I have just been bought a Gopro hero 3, stomp grips and an autoglym cleaning kit for my birthday so plenty to play with and set up ready for the parts arrival,

Didn't think I'd be telling everyone I don't know how to make it bigger.:confused
The pic in my album seems to work, these iPads aren't all there cracked up to be. Or it could just be the numpty using it?

Stator and gasket arrived back today, I had marked up the wires where I had disconnected them but I'm assuming that the 3 yellow wires can be connected in any order? Can anyone confirm as all the markings I put on have been removed?

The brown plug yellow wires are all the same, it does not matter if they get swapped about. That's probably why they are the same colour!

Got the stator back after its been re-wound, new gasket on and now it's charging and the misfire has disappeared also, gave it a run out to the bsb round at oulton on Sunday and a run up and down the cat & fiddle afterwards, glad to have something to ride again, thanks to everyone for their help
