Beware of UK Aprilia parts Supplier

On the 4th of Feb I ordered some parts from a UK Aprilia parts Supplier direct from their website. Total cost Â£30.45p. (see photo)
However today I got my visa statement which showed they had taken Â£36.27p.
I queried this with the company all they said the prices are wrong on the website.
Beware if you use this company...I'm now in a dispute with them.

thats deffo out of order..

they should honour the advertised price, or at least notify you of an increase for you to accept or decline.

saying that i,ve had stuff off them before with no issues and super quick delivery..

They should have contacted you first before taking the extra money - which you did not authorise, to ask if you still wanted the goods at the increased price.
There will be some consumer legislation to cover this.

It was like talking to brick wall, when I called them.
They just don't see what the problem is..
Luckily I used my Visa Credit card and they offered me the full transaction money back. However that still leaves this company without recompense.
So I've opened a case with Citizens Advice / Trading standards...
I know this is not a lot of money, but that's not the point.!!!
