Still trying to get bike started and suspect the old fuel is not helping (over 2 years old now ) any easy way to drain a full tank of fuel ? and anything i need to check/strip before using fresh fuel ? Snaggle

Hi just got me an rsv mille 2003 model. Gave it some wash sat. Putting away and checked how much fuel left, water had built up inside petrol overflow which must be blocked.**** water went into petrol tank.Any idea's what to do.:confused Regards Denzo.
