Following on from Daves thread, how many of you have actually checked and set the static sag on your bike, well worth doing, this at least gets your suspension working in the correct range, then you can alter rebound and compression once you have your sag set correct, curious as to how many of...

I have an Ohlins rear shock on the RSVR but before I got the bike it was fitted with a K-Tech 105 Weight Spring. I think its abit heavy for me as I am only about 12 stone. It feels ok when I have the lady freind on the back but on my own its too stiff. That and I think the front now suffers...
