Noticed my speedo going nuts and all over the place a few weeks ago so I bought a new speedo sensor to solve the problem. It will be the 3rd speedo sensor I've had to replace on this bike. However, fitted the new sensor at the weekend and went out for the first time since Saturday on the bike...

Just bought some new S/S 316L bolts for mounting the discs "nice an shiney" and ok for brake discs. fitted them to the front then went to do the rear and noticed the speedo sensor. Do the bolts on the rear disc have to be magnetic for the sensor or not????

Had the bike out today. After about a hours the speedo went a bit mad... one minute i was doing 0 miles an hour, next i was doing 200 :eek:... I was really doing about seventy. How can i get this sorted :dunno Or is just italian electrics :angry

Does anyone know if the later RSV/Tuono clocks work with older models? I realise that the connector blocks are likely to be different but the signals sent from the components are likely to be the same unless they changed technologies significantly at the new models. Iv'e heard talk of security...

Hey guys, It feels like my speedo is over reading, as in says i'm going faster than i actually am. So to test, i have made a note of the speed in 6th gear at 4k as 71-72 mph. Can anyone confirm this on their bike please? Ta, Anton

hey guys i feel i am experiancing italian electrics with my bike ..... the speedo isnt working and just sits at 0 unless i give it loads of throttle then it goes mad :dunno any idea loose connection etc ? anyone know were it measures the speed from sensor location etc ???

Well that's what the speedo says! So think I might have a problem... all dash functions work apart from speedo reading which ranges from 0 to think of a number x 3 / 4 + a bit and bears no relation to my speed. A bit unhelpful through speed cameras so does anyone have any advice, don't know if...
