I'm considering replacing the rear shock on my bike from Sachs to Ohlins as I rebuild it (I've already got some Ohlins forks).
Are the units interchangeable, or are different mounts/linkages required to make the Ohlins shock fit? :confused
Cheers!
I've just purchased an 06 RSV Factory grille to replace the one on my 04 - looks better IMOI...
Problem is, I'm not sure of the best way to change it as the old one has screws at the back of it... Will I have to remove the front fairing?
Any help would be gratefully recieved :biggrin
Guy's slowly replacing the tacky bits with shiney anodised stuff. looking at levers now.
specifically Gold anodised.
Any recommendations on which work best and who to get them from.
cheers
Hi everyone, when i brought my bike i was given a nice carbon part that fits between the headlights for my bike.... however, i have no idea how easy or difficult this is to fit!!
Any ideas??
Many thanks.:thumbup
I put a set of 2000 RSVR Ohlins forks on my Falco and went out for a rattle round the mountains. Everything was good and the front seemed a lot smoother and less harsh, so that's good.:thumbup
a few days later I was changing the oil and filter when I noticed oil on my front disc:eek: Looks...
OK, I got the Carbon bug after seeing Boylers extreme work.
Thing I would like to know it what can be replaced from standard to carbon on the 04 (new shape non factory bike) I have done a bit, but I fancy going the whole hog!
Has anyone got a list.?
