rearsets

Just wondering to clear up the rear brake issue will a new set which relocate the M/C permanently solve this issue or only make it longer between bleeding. If so any suggestions on which to get, i have 06 factory.

I did search - found nothing and I know that a few on here have done this... The original rear brake switch is an "always on unless pressed" one, and with the relocation of the master cylinder etc, the AP kit comes with a pressure switch that fits on the mastercylinder. Done, no probs. However...

Hi all Just brought a set of Gilles rear sets for my 2006 RSV1000R and was wondering if anyone had a fitting guide or some decent photos of some filled? The actual process of bolting them on is clearly pretty strait forward, but on the gear lever side do I need to cut away the plastic faring...

Any body using Gilles rear sets on their Mille, I'm using them on the bike but I find the brake pedal sits slightly upwards , other rear sets I've used on othe bikes the brake pedal hangs slightly downwards so it easier to use ' anybody else experience this with Gilles rearses

I was RSVR.net and found a post about Honda 929 and 954 rearsets being compatible with our bikes and then you can mount the slave vertically. Has anyone verified this?
