    PC5 question

Hi I am a little confused about the year model differences between USA and Europe spec Tuono's and where the Australia models fit into this. I have a 2008 Factory and am thinking of putting a PC5 with autotune on it to help sort out the low rev hunting etc, and if a few extra horses turn up...

    newbie question

I just aquired a 2004 Mille. On two occasions, when I am starting from a stopped position and letting out the clutch in first gear, the bike jerks to a stop and there is an unusual sound of something spinning down to a stop. I have no idea if this is normal. Should I be concerned? Thanks.

New to forum with a question.

Hello Tuono riders. I'm seriously considering the Tuono to replace my 2008 KTM SDR. The three bikes on my short list are: the Tuono (of course), the 2013 KTM SD, and the Triumph Speed Triple. The problem is I live in Japan and the Tuono here is power restricted to 106HP! I asked the bike...

    Custom exhaust question

Been toying with the idea of doing a custom job on a Mille and one of the ideas is to do with the exhaust system. One of the ideas is to have the exhaust from the rear cylinder go to a can under the seat, but not sure what to do with the front cylinder. Would having a longer downpipe from the...

do rsv gen2 heads fit gen1 engine? A big valve question!

Bit of an odd question, which exposes my lack of knowledge! but i am looking to boost power on my 2003 RSVR (Gen1). Big bore is not an option due to class rules, and I have done most of the more superficial mods (chip, balanced headers, PC3 and airbox underway). I plan to do the big valves and...

    Suspension question

I've heard that having the standard forks on the Mille setup correctly can be as good, if not better, that a set of Ohlins. But what I was wondering is what're better for road riding, a properly setup pair of Ohlins or a properly setup pair of Showas (or whatever the standard forks are)?
