Search didn't bring anything up, What pressure's should i run for Racetec's on the road? Thinking lower than the 35/39 standard....:dunno

was out today and noticed some petrol leaking out the cap...opened the tank and pressure in the tank sprayed some petrol out is this a blocked breather tube.....where do i start looking ?
