Took hell of a lot of adjusting ....especially grinding the inside of the saddle bit. Without the tools to do this , it wudda gone back .

Could anyone help. The clutch on my 04 R seems fine, other than when I pull it in and put it in gear, I only have to release it a couple of mm and I'm away. Would adjusting the lever make any difference and if so, how do I do it ? Or is there something else I need to do ?

Mornin all, i'm trying to get the front sprocket cover off to check the teeth and count them (on the Tuono) but can't ift the lever off? I've loosened the pinch bolt and it slides towards the outside but seems to lock and won't come off? Any ideas?

evening all. Just been cleaning and generally having a peek around and found a plug that isn't plugged into anything!!! The bike doesn't seem to be bothered and is running just fine so I've left it as is for the time being.
Question is what is it, and why is it unplugged????

After trying to adjust the angle of my clutch lever to suit me, i nipped up the 2x8mm bolts, and managed to snap in half the top mounting clamp piece.
Anyone have a spare one they don't need.
Any one got one lying around that I can beg/borrow/steal/paypal ?:dunno

As everyone already knows you can adjust you the clutchlever in great detail.
Asuming that you have the correct oil in your engine and your clutch system is bled you can adjust the lever to perfection.
Also I read the tales of a slipping and also dragging clutches so it's hard to get it in...
Due to previous owners outstanding ability to drop bikes,I need a rear brake lever for a 2000 mille as the one thats on is as bent as a nine bob note.thanks.
