so far iv fitted the de-baffled original... too heavy... & too quiet @ idle but rumbles the more you rag it !! :eatcorn fitted a GP exhaust... very light... but too fecking 'LOUD' all the time... like ear burstingly loud !! :eek: Aprilia RSV Ti... sooooooooooo light... still to loud...

Fitted a titanium Scorpion can to my 2000 mille, sounds awesome very loud!! :thumbup :doug bike runs just as with standard can on ie: same temp no extreme over run. I'm still running standard air filter, so do i need to re-chip only if i change the filter aswel??:dunno

2002 RSV... aftermarket Evolution chip... ECU wire cut... airbox derestricted but standard filter... standard exhaust... starts/runs fine !! if bike warmed up with standard can & then stick GP Can... seems to start/run fine... but leave it till its cold... ie next morning to go to work & it...

ok i fitted a new stator yesterday to my 04 rsv. the stator was from the older mille and fitted right on and was the same size. after putting everything back together, i thumb the starter and i just get a 'click click click' noise from the around the battery area. the dash also goes on and off...
