Hi folks, on the power commander website, the downlaodable maps list quite a few to suit "un-restricted airbox"? Is this just the flap on the bottom removed? is it a free flowing filter? or both? Cheers in advance for any help.

Its time to upgrade either my chip or go for a power commander, not sure which is the best? I've got an Evo Airbox kit fitted, Ti evo can, down geared also, Is it better to go for a Dr Rossi chip, or to get a power commander and dyno it to get it mapped?

if i fit my power commander 3 and run it with a zero map does that just run the std fuel mapping or does it run what ever fuel map thats being sent from the chip/eprom? i have my pc3 which i can fit but i still have a few more mods i'd like to get out of the way before i get a custom map. was...

Fitted my pc3 yesterday, easy fit and seems to work fine. The instuctions say unplug the throttle postion sensor (TPS) and tap the middle wire. It doesn't say to put the sensor back on. Can anyone confirm you do leave the TPS unplugged? It seems weird thats all. Thanks gents

Hello all, does the colin edwards rep use the power commander for 99-03 or power commander 04-? i know there are engine differences but not sure about connections. Any help much appreciated and as quick as possible. probably just answered my own question but its a 2003 53 plate. Cheers Dave

Hi, I have a RSV-R factory 2004 with Akrapovic SP cans and have just had the engine switched to Variant 2, which according to the servoce manual I have will automatically switch the ECU to the latest map 2. but that's all the info I have. So engine variant 2 and map 2 are 2 seperate things...
