Well I dont know about the rest of you at the mo , but my bikes being a right pig to start . Even with the fast idle lever at full , it still refuses . Of course when I got it I thought it was a choke lever , should have known better as my 12 has the same setup. I fairness the bike is outside .

Never had any problem going out in crazy weather, but the T is off the road at the mo so thats that. Rode to the bike shop in driving snow one time to get the brakes fixed. Just goes to show you just need to ride to the conditions.

I've been riding the bike into work this week. I always use the cold start and it always starts first time. I leave it idling while I get my lid and gloves on - 30 seconds maybe. However, tonight after about 20 seconds with 36c showing, the idle suddenly shot up to about 4,000 rpm. I dropped it...
When my bike is cold it has a tendancy to cut out when I am down changing gears i.e coming up to a set of traffic lights down changing from 2nd to 1st.
When running nice and warm there isn't an issue, bike runs sweet, it just when it is cold.
Any ideas?

alright lads does anybody know whats needed to replace the chock/cold start cable? does the tank etc have to come off or is it jus a matter of feeding it through with removing anything?
