brakes

When I brake I hear a slight "hissing buzzing" noise from discs. Pads ok - discks ok. Is it normal?

hi all has any1 had any dramas with the front brake going rock hard and sensitive then soft for no apparent reason cant really see a pattern because iv only been out once but it seemed to do it after a long brake like down a dual carraige way coming to a roundabout maybe to do with heat.
