Anyone know where i can get a front brake lever brass insert? I stupidly lost mine yesterday whilst replacing my levers and knowbody sells them separately. Everyone wants me to buy a new genuine lever at ridiculous prices!!!
Does anybody know, or has already done a swap of fork bottoms on a gen 1 to gen 2 radial fork bottoms? Can it be done? and does a gen 2 front wheel line up if you do this.
Cheers
Got the Mille out today only to find that the rear brake pedal is going all the way down and nothing is happening. After bleeding the system for a while using the methods described on this forum I managed to get the pedal back but another problem arose. If I push the pedal down I get pressure...
I did search - found nothing and I know that a few on here have done this...
The original rear brake switch is an "always on unless pressed" one, and with the relocation of the master cylinder etc, the AP kit comes with a pressure switch that fits on the mastercylinder. Done, no probs. However...
Hi all,
Got an '08 Tuono in black (nice black one!) Anyway, the rear indicators and brake light let loads of water in. They don't seal against the fairing at all. I use bike in all weather's so I'm worried grit will get in the gaps and chew all kinds of stuff up.
Before i go mad with...

Hi all,
06 Factory, fiddly annoying bits wanted, I need the tapered bolt that holds the front brake lever onto the plinth, and the thingy that slips into the lever & pushes against the m/cylinder piston. Maybe someone's got a broken lever I can rob the "thingy" from?
Cheers
Guys,
I am reverting back to the Aprilia original rear brake and rearset arrangements and would like to know if anyone can point me in the right direction for some layout / installation details or photos to help me out with re - fitting?
I didn't take any photos when changing to Gilles rearsets...
Want to fit HEL brake lines to the front and just wondering which ones I should be looking at.
I've got the '03 Racing, which has radial calipers but not the m/c to go with it, so I fitted a forged Brembo m/c I had for a project and had Venhill custom lines made for it. Just a bit confused on...

Hi,
Quite new to the forum having only recently bought myself a RSV Mille SP (2000).
Having just bought the bike and not used to the Harris rear sets that's been fitted, I was accidentally resting my foot on the rear brake coming home via the Motorway. Needless to say things got quite hot...

Hi all.
I noticed today that the brake lights on my 2000 Mille are on constantly as soon as ignition is on. (only picked the bike up on sunday!)
Headlights switch on and off by the switch, and indicators work fine.
I'm assuming this is a faulty brake switch? I've not bought a manual yet, but is...
time to put in new set of pads. any recommendations (type and brand)? I found 3 Brembo types and 3 different prices accordingly: sintered, carbon ceramic, carbon ceramic organic, this one is funny - sounds like organic food )))
cheers
Hi everyone
I've had my RSV1000r Factory for a few weeks and absolutely love it:inlove
However, my rear brake works, as opposed to most posts I have read about the rear brakes on these. (I think this is possibly due to the fact it has Sato rearsets, which seem to alleviate the problem)
The...
