Have acquired a pair of Gilles Vario Clip-ons and keen to get them fitted (2003 RSV Mille R). As well as being clamped to the forks I notice the standard bars also bolt to the underside of the top yoke. The Gilles bars don't appear to bolt to the yoke, is this right - will the bars be OK just...

hey guys, mine is totally damaged, do you know if the RS125 oil bolt (a lot of them on ebay) will fit RSV's ROTAX V990 ? or is there someone having one spare willing to send me? or is there any replacement which fits?

I'm in need of a missing bolt from the exhaust hanger/pillion foot peg bracket, it must have shaken loose :eek: the bloody exhaust could have come off at any point, I've sorted with one from the other side and removed the footpeg as its not needed just now but I would still like to have it ready...

Just wanted to say cheers for all the suggestions / advice on the rounded clutch salve bolt. Tiz out !! ended up using a small hacksaw and cutting a slot in it, then hammered a screwdriver bit from my impact driver to widen the slot. few twats with the impact driver and it was JD :)

Was shocked when i took off the front sprocket nut yesterday for new chain and sprockets. It came off far easier than i expected.. Checked the manual, 50Nm... Jesus that's a bit low isn't it.... checked on Af1 forum and still the same, 50Nm... quite suprised at that to be honest.
