bearings

Does anyone know where to get 4 sets and seals at a reduced rate on the RIP OFF aprilia price. I am going to service the swing arm and I know the back 2 bolts are ******.

Anyone have a nice how-to on adjusting Mille headstock bearings????:dunno mine is a-knocking!!!!

I am just geeting everything rear to change my suspension link plates (dog bones) and was wondering the best method for greasing the beariings. I have got litium grease. Do I take them out and cover them in the stuff, or leave them in situ and just put a ssmearing over them?:dunno

I have just changed the rear wheel bearings on my RSVR and this is not a prefered method I would imagine, but...if it helps. Get two 10mm bolts, turn upside down and grind a key for the slots behind the bearing (Did quence them in water to harden them a bit). Put a couple of nuts on each end...

does anyone out there know the head race bearing size for a 2001 rsvr? need new ones and want to match some pattern ones,not tight just skint!!!!!:thumbup
