Hi,
I have just become a member of this site, and i am new to all this forum doins, so forgive me if i come accross a bit of a wazzerk.
I purchased my new RSV R in October and love it, but with standard cans it doesnt sound as good as it should, i used to own a 2004 RSV with ART cans, nice sound, **** performance, as money is becoming a bit of an issue, what are the best (new or 2nd hand) cans for my new baby?:roll

Hi and welcome to the forum

The best cans are either Akrapovic, Arrow or Saltimoto. You can pick up an as new pair of second hand Akrapovic or Arrow cans on ebay quite regularly and also they come up on the for sale section of this forum. For your model 2008 RSVR, once the cans have been fitted, you need an Aprilia dealer to switch the ECU to MAP2 and reset the CO2 settings to get the full benefit of the open cans

Thanks for that mate, just have to try and sell the wife, and other things to get them, but get them i WILL!!

i got twin rene's on my 99 model ,and they sound ace.

i know your's is a 08 model ,so you might struggle to get/see/hear any.
but dbelansky has them on his 07 model and he say's there good.
