Due to this:

Championship leader Noriyuki Haga has been airlifted to Derby hospital following his heavy crash in race two at Donington Park.

The 34 year old crashed his Xerox Ducati at Coppice on lap four in a near identical crash to Troy Bayliss in 2007.

MCN has learned that Haga has a suspected broken vertebrae, possibly T8 or T9, broken Scapula and broken right wrist. He is also having trouble breathing.

A team of surgeons are waiting for him to arrive at Derby hospital where he will be operated on immediately.

Initial diagnosis for recovery is two to three months meaning he will miss numerous rounds of the championship.

Who do you reckon guys?

Bayliss ?

Oh ****. where did you read that? MCN said he'll miss a few rounds

Haga has no broken vertebra, the x-ray just showed up an old injury scar tissue.

Just wrist and a shoulder injury and heavy bruising and is expected to ride at Brno or at least try.

cool. should make the championship a bit more interesting then at least.
