Which wire to cut,any info??????

Hi Everyone,I've read around that a wire is to be cut to get full power from the milles is this true and if so how can I find which one or see if mine has been done,mine is a 2000 Mille r

Mate if yours is the same as mine even when you remove the top hat the hole is not much bigger. Its best to get a very early lower air intake as its wide open !
I just got one off Ebay for 16 quid !

or better still, get a proper open airbox (renegade or hooked type)

Haha yeah,might be a silly question but I take it this wire is on the ecu connectors or am I wrong?

Yes the aluminium box thing in the pic on the link above is the front of the ecu case . Open the black rubber box under the seat and you'll see the box and those 2 white connectors. the smaller one on the right in the pic is the one that has the wire to cut.
